Data Analyst / Client Operations Engineer
Location: Pune, India
Sokrati is looking for Data Analysts / Client Operations Engineers to support Client Managers team at Sokrati. The candidate will be involved in retrieval and analysis of data from Databases using MySql; guiding the clients through technical integrations like Sokrati Pixel & testing the same; and providing analytics to clients & management.
Responsibilities
Understanding Client Operations Team's requirements for various data analysis
Understanding Sokrati's datawarehouse structure and getting familiar to the technical integration process with the Clients
Helping the Client Ops team with data retrieval, data analysis & reporting requests
Documentation of technical processes & procedures
Interacting with clients directly guiding them through the integration process & testing the same
Automating freqeuntly used analysis & data retrievals using Perl / Unix Scripts
Qualifications
Strong understanding of MySql Database & Querying
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Macros preferred
Excellent communication skills
Good Analytics & multi-tasking capability
1-2 years of experience in interacting with Databases is preferred
A bachelor degree in technical discipline from a reputed school is required
